Key
Responsibilities:
Childcare:
Provide nurturing and attentive care to our infants and toddlers.
This includes feeding, diapering, nap time routines, and engaging in age-appropriate educational and playful activities.
Household Management:
Oversee and manage the smooth running of the household.
Responsibilities include light housekeeping, organizing, meal planning and preparation, and managing family schedules.
Safety and Well-being:
Ensure a safe environment for the children at all times.
Must be vigilant, with the ability to handle unexpected situations or emergencies with composure.
Developmental Activities:
Plan and implement activities that promote the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
Communication:
Maintain open and transparent communication with the parents about the children's progress, daily activities, and any household matters.
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in nannying, child care, or a related field.
Experience with infants and toddlers is a must.
Education:
High school diploma required; further education in early childhood education or related field is a plus.
Certifications:
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to childcare and household management.
Characteristics:
Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy with a genuine love for children.
Background Check:
Must pass a thorough background check.
